Either user was in cart.asp, checkout.asp, purchase.asp, process.asp, thankyou.asp and one of the following could of happenend.

1. Session Timed Out
2. Typed in direct path with out creating session ID.
3. Cookies don't work - will get nothing in shopping cart message everytime they try to add from cart.asp
